Northeast Point Guard Jermaine Dyges Commits To TLAP Sports Academy

On Thursday, Northeast High School Point Guard Jermaine Dyges announced his commitment to TLAP Sports Academy on social media.

“I feel the coaches have the players’ best interest at heart, they were honest and they told me it’s going to be hard work but we all know hard work gets results”, Dyges told 305Sports.

Dyges led Northeast to a successful 21-7 season averaging 12 points-per-game, 6 assists, and 3 steals for the Hurricanes. The guard’s impressive senior season earned him a spot in the McGee All-Star Game and the Showtime Senior All-Star Showcase.

“I’ll be a leader on the floor. I’m going to bring tough defense, unique passing skills, make the right plays at the right time, and score a bucket when needed. My speed will also be a major factor,” Dyges said.

TLAP Sports Academy is a nationally ranked training and educational institution. The Post-Graduate Program was ranked 9th in the nation by NMPRHoops in 2019.
