Class of 2021 four-star wide receiver, Romello Brinson, released his top 5 schools on Saturday, listing Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Texas A&M, and Miami.
247Sports Composite ranking has him as the No. 24 receiver in his class and the No. 20 recruit in the sunshine state. At 6’2, 180lb frame, Brinson is able to burn defenders on routes and impose his will on smaller defensive backs. His versatility is one of his strong suits as he can catch the deep ball and line up at the slot.
As a junior, the Miami Northwestern receiver caught 43 passes for 834 receiving yards and eight touchdowns for a Bulls’ team that won the 5A state title.
The “JOKER” was originally committed to the Miami Hurricanes until November 24, 2019. Therefore, it’s surprising to see the Hurricanes as one of Brinson’s options.
